How much does it cost to be a member?
It is 100% free of charge.
I have registered but I have not received an email yet, why not?
Because you need to be approved. You will be approved if we have at least one MP3 track from your band (for future airplay on the chart show). We may already have some music from you so just wait for a response. Email us if you hear nothing after 48 hours.
I do not have a website, or a banner. Can I still join?
Yes, you can still join. Most bands have at least a Myspace, Facebook or a Revernation account which can also be accepted as your website. You do not need a banner although it will make your band stand out more. We can make a banner for you if you need one. Get in touch with us via the contact us page.
I have more than one website page, can I register them all separately?
No, one website per band. You can, however place the vote code onto as many websites as you like. The reason is, your vote code will only register for one band as it is unique and keeps the voting system simple.
Why have I not received any votes yet?
You need to make sure your unique banner code is placed onto your website that you registered with us. You will find this code in your user control panel on the website.
I have voted 100 times today but only received one vote. Why is it not counting them?
The system will only count you vote once per week for each band. We have several cheat prevention methods in place to keep this fair.
How do I embed the banner code into Facebook?
If you want to use it for facebook I suggest getting this app...

This is just a html coded page that can sit on your fan page. Add the code straight into it (on your fanpage go to edit page then apps). Add the code plus any text and it will work. Go back to apps to change the name of the page too. This should be enough for it to work.
What about Myspace, Reverbnation and other website pages can I embed the vote code into?
You can add the code into just about any website. If you have access to add HTML code, that is all you need. Just go to your user control panel and click the link code on the left and copy the code.
Where is my unique HTML code?
You will find the code in your user control panel once you log in. Just click the link code on the left once logged in and then you can copy the code.
